A Mylar reflectant is applied to the parabolic shaped ceiling
around 1000 watt Metal Halide lamps. The ballasts are removed from the room. |

ventilation around the lamps without affecting the carbon dioxide enriched and moist air
inside the grow room. |

All produce, plant biomass and root systems were weighed on
completion of the experiments. |

system lived were opened to study the root development in relationship to the various
trough widths being tested. |
